Well, maybe. In this era of deli foods, fast food, junk food there is sometimes a need for ingenuity to provide good nutrients to a family.

Research shows that carrots help prevent cancer, reduce the risk of heart attacks by up to 60%, helps regulate blood sugar and valuable in a number of other health areas. Shred a few carrots when you have an extra minute and keep in the fridge to pop into just about anything you are making.
