Crispy Crackers

Packed with fibre and calcium, these crackers are a tasty snack with a cheese or vegetable topping.

Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease two cookie sheets.

In a medium bowl mix:

Add and mix thoroughly:

Turn out on floured surface and knead for a few minutes to combine ingredients. Roll very thin and place on cookie sheets. Cover entire sheet by patching bare areas.

Brush lightly with oil (butter or margarine for a richer taste). Score into squares and bake for approximately 20 minutes until they are a nice light brown. Let cool and break into squares and store in air tight covered container.
