Sesame Noodle Salad
We rely heavily on salads during the warm months and this one is just slightly different from the norm but not too radical where the more conservative in the family won’t try it.
Cook:
- One pound of spaghetti, cool, cut in smaller lengths.
- One bunch broccoli and cool then chop fine.
- One bunch chard and cool then chop fine.
Add:
- 1/2 red pepper chopped fine
- 3 or 4 spring onions to taste and chopped fine
- 1/3 cup tahina
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Mix together and store in fridge for an hour or two.
